Bozo also wears big, black clown shoes, white facial makeup with an over-sized, red clown nose, and red, "mop" textured hair.

The Standard Doll features original specifications from the manufacturer. The mouth is operated via a string affixed to the back of the doll’s head.

The Upgraded Doll features a head mounted on a control stick for enhanced operational function. The ball-and-socket joint permits the doll’s head to be turned left and right, to be moved up and down, and to be tilted, permitting a wide range of lifelike expression. Additionally, the mouth can be opened and closed using a lever on the control stick and the doll features a hollow, lightweight body.
