Chiffon Angel Peasant Top Dress
This is truly a heavenly design to show off the little angel in you. The dress has belled sleeves with two locations on the upper arms that were tied up in a ribbon to give it the sleeves a puffed-up look with a ruffle trim. Wrapped around this chiffon angel's waist is the white sash while the skirt ends at different angles to allow it that layered appearance.
